SWGoH: StarWars.com Confirms New Sith Fighter Ship from KOTOR Coming to Galaxy of Heroes

SWGoH - Bastila on StarWars.com

While Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes players know that more content from the 2003 hit game Knights of the Old Republic (KOTOR) is coming to SWGoH, the community got confirmation of yet another tidbit on Friday. In an article on StarWars.com about KOTOR favorites being added to the game, we learned that a new Sith Fighter ship will soon join SWGoH.

To celebrate KotOR’s 15th anniversary, Capital Games is bringing more beloved characters from the Old Republic to the wildly popular mobile RPG Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. On July 12, Galaxy began launching in-game “marquee events” for fan-favorite characters like Bastila Shan, Jolee Bindo, T3-M4, Mission Vao, and the Wookiee Zaalbar, as well as the Sith fighter used by Darth Malak’s forces at the Battle of Rakata Prime. Players who dive into the new missions will also get to revisit familiar environments, including parts of the Taris Undercity and a Sith base inspired by the ones on Taris and Manaan.

Note it says “the Sith fighter used by Darth Malak’s forces at the Battle of Rakata Prime” and not used by Darth Malak himself. SWGoH - Bastila ShanThat line caused several on the SWGoH Reddit to think Darth Malak was joining the game as well, but had they read the text they would know that is not the case. Capital Game Lead Producer EA Carrie has confirmed in this Reddit post that the Sith Assassin will indeed be the ship’s pilot and also stated “No co-pilots.”

Of course T3-M4, Mission Vao and Vao’s Wookiee friend Zaalbar have also been announced and we know that one of Vao’s abilities will be Me and Big Z Forever, inspired by one of the character’s quotes from the original game, according to the StarWars.com article.

Of course the timing on all of this has not yet been announced, but we at Gaming-fans.com encourage the community to look to the EA GameChangers for SWGoH for more information and character reveals in the coming weeks and months.
