After a weekend that featured Dragons for all in Harry Potter: Wizards Unite, the biweekly Brilliant Event in HPWU will be starting… next week (maybe)? While each previous Brilliant Event began at 2 pm ET/11 am PT every other Tuesday, today’s hour has passed and after 20 minutes of making sure, I can confirm that there are no purple SOS icons in Traces currently.

So when will the next Brilliant Event take place? Odds are we will learn of a new special event to come in the next week or so with next Tuesday at 2 pm ET/11 am PT as the start of the next occurrence. Of course Niantic will be the ones making that call, but apparently we get a week “off” from special events and Foundables.
