TFEW: Best Power Cores for Chromia & Fellbat

TFEW - Transformers Earth Wars

Welcome to the latest in our series of articles about the Transformers Earth Wars mobile game where we take a look at the best Power Cores for each TFEW bot. While our staff will never claim to have all of the answers for TFEW, we do our homework and test out each bot to ensure we are making only the best recommendations.

Autobot Chromia and her Decepticon counterpart Fellbat were first added to the game as the prize in the June 2020 TFEW Alliance Leaderboard Event entitled Slumbering Giants. The duo has a special ability called EMP Shock that reads, “Place an EMP Shock Tower that has a percentage of your Health and Damage and can disable nearby defences. Lasts for 30 seconds. Explodes when destroyed/expired dealing 3.5x more damage to nearby enemies.”┬áSo which Power Cores are best for Chromia & Fellbat and ensure this special ability is enhanced?

Best Power Core for Chromia & Fellbat:

Onyx Prime – Looking at the stats and the special ability, Chromia & Fellbat have lower Health and DPS stats than many of the top bots in TFEW, but the special ability is the attraction. Increasing either Health (Vitality) or Damage (Attack) seems like a good route given this will make the EMP Shock Tower more survivable/powerful, but there are also some great Squad Cores in TFEW that would be a nice fit, depending on your Power Core inventory of course. If you are fortunate enough to get your hands on a Special Command – Attack core it adds health to your equipped bot and increases the attack damage of all other Special Class bots on the screen, so depending on your lineup this could be a perfect fit. The Onyx Prime Core boosts the bot’s attack damage and helps reduce damage when below 40% health, thus making it a strong choice as well.

Other Cores: Special Command – Attack, Attack or Vitality
