MSF: Best Iso-8 for Nebula

Nebula - MSF
Welcome to the Iso-8 guide for Nebula, the latest in our series about the popular game Marvel Strike Force. In this series we look at the best Iso-8 enhancements for MSF characters. While some may refer to Iso-8 as simply “mods” like in other mobile games, we will look to stay true to the naming convention of the Marvel universe and the developers over at Scopely/Boundless Entertainment. We at Gaming-fans.com certainly do not claim to have all of the answers in this game, but we do our research and look to use every hero and villain we write about extensively. These are Iso-8 recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate in Marvel Strike Force. Note that these Iso-8 classes may differ from one team makeup to another, so feel free use this as a guide knowing that these can change in differing situations within MSF’s gameplay. Today’s character to review is Nebula. In the early days of Marvel Strike Force, Nebula was basically worthless. She was one of my first 5-red star characters and her value even on Cosmic and Tech teams was so low that this felt like a kick in the you-know-where. But Marvel Strike Force’s developers do a good job of making yesterday’s trash into today’s treasure, and when Adam Warlock and the Infinity Watch faction was added to MSF this took Nebula’s value, and a revised kit, to new heights as she became part of the META in 2021 along with her sister Gamora. In MSF Nebula is a Villain, Cosmic, Tech, Brawler who is a member of the Infinity Watch faction. Let’s take a look at the stats we want to focus on enhancing through Iso-8 modifications in Marvel Strike Force. Main Focus: Nebula is the slowest character in the Infinity Watch faction when it comes to her base Speed of 107, but typically takes the first turn thanks to the Speed Up she gets from her Exploit Weakness passive ability. She is a well-rounded character who applies debuffs and can revive, so adding more Focus to help land the debuffs and Health to make her even more durable is where you want to start.

Ideal Iso-8 Class for Nebula in Marvel Strike Force:

While you would think the slowest character in a faction would be a bad fit for the Skirmisher Iso-8 class, Nebula’s Speed Up buff on her passive is critical to how the battle begins. She will end up taking the first turn, followed by Gamora, and this lends well to the Skirmisher class as she can set the table for her allies. Gamora can then follow as a Striker and gain the bonus attack and your battle has started strong. While the Raider class could also be an option, the Skirmisher class just plays out so well in battle that it’s hard to argue for anything else for Nebula.
