MSF: Best Iso-8 for Doctor Strange (Heartless)

Doctor Strange Heartless - MSF

Welcome to the Iso-8 guide for Doctor Strange (Heartless), the latest in our series about the popular game Marvel Strike Force. In this series we look at the best Iso-8 enhancements for MSF characters. While some may refer to Iso-8 as simply “mods” like in other mobile games, we will look to stay true to the naming convention of the Marvel universe and the developers over at Boundless Entertainment. We at Gaming-fans.com certainly do not claim to have all of the answers in this game, but we do our research and look to use every hero and villain we write about extensively. These are Iso-8 recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate in Marvel Strike Force. Note that these Iso-8 classes may differ from one team makeup to another, so feel free use this as a guide knowing that these can change in differing situations within MSF’s gameplay.

Today’s character to review is the second iteration of Doctor Strange in MSF, Doctor Strange (Heartless). In Marvel Strike Force DSH is a Villain, Cosmic, Mystic, Blaster and a member of the Darkhold faction. Let’s take a look at the best Iso-8 class and stats we want to focus on enhancing through the Iso-8 modifications in Marvel Strike Force.

Main Focus: Doctor Strange (Heartless) checks in with a base Speed of 115 which is pretty strong compared (upper half) to all other characters in the game. But the stats that really stand out with DSH are his Critical Chance and Critical Damage. His CC stat is the highest in the game and CD is tied for the highest based Critical Damage stat with Scarlet Spider. As a result I would focus on Damage first and ensure his Iso-8 class enhances these stats.

Ideal Iso-8 Class for Doctor Strange (Heartless) in Marvel Strike Force:

Doctor Strange (Heartless) is one of the easiest characters in the game to pick an Iso-8 class for. He is clearly best used as a Raider given his game-high CC and CD stats. Raider class characters can apply Vulnerable on crits and gain Critical Chance and Critical Damage at Tier 1, Levels 3 & 5, plus Tier 2, Level 1, so this added 15% CC and 20% CD can really impact a character with such amazing base stats as Doctor Strange (Heartless). My recommendation is to make DSH a Raider and do move on as other characters are where you have to put some thought into how it impacts your gameplay.
