MSF Envoy: Kits for New X-Force Characters, Reworks for Deadpool & Cable

MSF- Deadpool

The MSF Envoy program brings you another round of new characters as Marvel Strike Force builds the X-Force faction with three new characters and two updated favorites – Deadpool and Cable.

 

Domino

Traits: Villain, Global, Skill, Controller, Mercenary

Basic – ​Lucky Pair

  • Attack primary target for 210% damage. Gain +50% Crit Chance for this attack
  • Gain an assist from a random X-FORCE ally.

Special – ​Fire in the Hole

  • Energy Cost: 3/5
  • If Deadpool is an ally, transfer all negative effects from self and each X-FORCE ally toDeadpool.
  • Fill Speed Bar for Deadpool by 80%.
  • Attack the most injured enemy for 320% damage + all adjacent targets for 290% damage.

Ultimate – N​o Scope

  • Energy Cost: 6/6
  • Attack primary target for 310% damage + apply Disrupted.
  • Rebound Chain to 3 adjacent targets for 240% damage.
  • If this character is below 50% Health, Rebound Chain to 5 adjacent targets.
  • Dodge breaks this Chain.

Passive – L​ady Luck

  • On Spawn, fill Speed Bar by 15%.
  • On X-FORCE ally’s turn, 75% chance to apply Evade to that ally.
  • Gain +10% Dodge chance.
  • X-FORCE allies gain +10% Dodge chance.
  • Gain +20% Crit Damage.
  • X-FORCE allies gain +20% Crit Damage.
  • Apply -15% Crit Damage to all enemies.
  • On WAR OFFENSE:
    • On Spawn, reduce Speed Bar for all enemies by 5%.
    • Apply Offense Up to all X-FORCE allies.

 

X-23

Traits: Villain, Global, Skill, Controller, Mercenary

Basic – ​Snikt!

  • Attack primary target for 250% Piercing.
  • Gain Evade.

Special – ​Relentless Assault

  • Energy Cost: 4/4
  • Attack primary target for 300% Piercing + apply Ability Block
  • If blocked or dodged, Gain bonus attack for 350% Piercing.
  • Apply +1 Ability Block, up to a maximum of 3.
  • Bonus attack is unavoidable
  • In War, bonus attack gains +10,000% extra Focus

Ultimate – F​eral Rage

  • Energy Cost: 4/6
  • Attack the most injured, non-summoned target for 140% Piercing, ignoring Taunt andStealth + flip Stealth on that target.
  • Repeat this attack 4 additional times.
  • If X-23 finishes the last non-summoned enemy, repeat this full attack against themost injured summoned targets.

Passive – M​utant Weapon

  • On Turn, Heal for 10% of this character’s Max Health.
  • When an enemy drops below 50% Health, fill Speed Bar by 40%.
  • When this character’s Health drops below 50%, gain 2 Evade.
  • Gain +60% Focus
  • X-FORCE allies and Wolverine gain +60% Focus
  • On WAR OFFENSE:
    • Gain +80% Focus.
    • X-FORCE allies gain +80% Focus

 

Negasonic Teenage Warhead

Traits: Villain, Global, Skill, Controller, Mercenary

Basic – ​Energy Blasts

  • Attack primary target for 340% damage.

Special – ​Particle Charge

  • Energy Cost: 3/5
  • Attack primary and adjacent targets for 300% damage
  • Clear all positive effects from each target.

Ultimate – T​ eenage Warhead

  • Energy Cost: 6/6
  • Attack all enemies for 360% damage + apply Heal Block for 2 turns.
  • On WAR OFFENSE, Clear Defense Up on all targets.

Passive – A​tomic Angst

  • On Spawn, Barrier self for 10% of this character’s Max Health.
  • On enemy turn, Barrier self for 5% of this character’s Max Health + fill Speed Bar by10%.
  • If this character has Barrier, gain +30% Armor.
  • On WAR OFFENSE:
    • On spawn, fill Speed Bar by 10% + 5% per X-FORCE ally.
    • Gain +50% Damage.
    • X-FORCE allies gain +50% Damage.

 

Updated Characters

Cable

Base Stat increases: ​10% health; +5% speed

Basic (Old):

  • Attack primary target for 340% damage + gain Charged.

Basic (New):

  • Attack primary target for 340% damage.
  • If not Charged, fill Speed Bar by 80%.
  • Gain Charged.

Special (Old):

  • Attack primary target for 220% damage + change Speed Bar by 50%.
  • Attack adjacent targets for 170% damage + change Speed Bar by 10%.
  • If Charged, in addition, attack targets 2 spaces from primary for 170% damage and change Speed Bar by 10%, then lose Charged.

Special (New):

  • Attack primary target for ​340% damage​ + reduce Speed Bar by 50%.
  • Attack adjacent targets for ​190% damage​ + reduce Speed Bar by 10%.
  • If Charged, in addition:
    • Clear all positive effects from primary target.
    • Clear 2 positive effects from secondary targets.
    • Attack targets 2 spaces from primary for ​190% damage​ + reduce Speed Bar by 10%.
    • Lose Charged.

Passive (Old):

  • On Spawn, Self and all allies gain 5% Speed Bar.
  • On Turn, 30% chance to apply Counter to a random MUTANT ally, and 20% chance to apply Counter to another random ally.

Passive (New):

  • On Spawn, fill Speed Bar by 5% for Self and all allies.
  • On Charged, Barrier self for 20% of this character’s Max Health.
  • On Turn: 30% chance to apply Counter to a random MUTANT ally, 20% chance to apply Counter to another random ally, a​nd, if Charged, Barrier self for 10% of this character’s Max Health.​
  • On WAR OFFENSE, On Spawn:
    • Gain Charged.
    • Fill Speed Bar for Self and all X-FORCE allies by an additional 5% + 5% per X-FORCE ally

 

Deadpool

Base Stat increases: ​10% health

Special (Old):

  • Attack the most injured target for 550% damage, ignoring Taunt.
  • On Kill, gain Regeneration.

Special (New):

  • Attack the most injured target for 550% damage, ignoring Taunt.
  • On Kill, gain Regeneration.
  • If X-23 is an ally, this attack ignores Stealth.

Ultimate (Old):

  • Attack primary target for 260% damage + Rebound Chain 3-4 additional targets for 200% damage.
  • Apply Bleed to MINION targets.
  • Counterattack breaks this Chain.

Ultimate (New):

  • Attack primary target for 260% damage + Rebound Chain 3-4 additional targets for 200% damage.
  • Apply Bleed to MINION targets.
  • Counterattack breaks this Chain.
  • If Domino is an ally, this attack cannot be counterattacked.

Passive (Old):

  • On Turn, clear all negative effects from Self + Heal 15% of Max Health per negative effect removed.
  • 5% chance to Revive for 10% of Max Health.

Passive (New):

  • On Turn, clear all negative effects from Self + Heal 15% of Max Health per negative effect removed.
  • On Kill, generate Ability Energy for an allied Cable.
  • 5% chance to Revive at 10% of Max Health.​If Domino is an ally, 100% chance to Revive at 80% of Max Health.
