Welcome to the Iso-8 guide for Black Bolt, the latest in our series about the popular game Marvel Strike Force. In this series we look at the best Iso-8 enhancements for MSF characters. While some may refer to Iso-8 as simply “mods” like in other mobile games, we will look to stay true to the naming convention of the Marvel universe and the developers over at Scopely. We at Gaming-fans.com certainly do not claim to have all of the answers in this game, but we do our research and look to use every hero and villain we write about extensively. These are Iso-8 recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate in Marvel Strike Force. Note that these Iso-8 classes may differ from one team makeup to another, so feel free use this as guide knowing that these can change in differing situations within MSF’s gameplay.
Today’s character to review is Black Bolt. A Legendary character in Marvel Strike Force, Black Bolt is the ruler of the Inhumans and his weapon is his voice. For the purposes of MSF, Black Bolt is a Hero, Cosmic, Bio, Blaster, Inhuman, Legendary and Masked Caper. Let’s take a look at the stats we want to focus on enhancing now that Iso-8 modifications have been added to Marvel Strike Force.
Main Focus: Damage. Black Bolt is a fantastic character in Marvel Strike Force, arguably in the Top 5, and is one of those characters that you can build around. While he is the ruler of the Inhumans and obvisouly synergizes well with the other Inhumans in MSF, he is also so strong that he can fit on multiple teams in Raids, VS battles, Blitz, the Arena and in the Dark Dimension battles in MSF. As a result I suggest building on his offensive capabilities and adding to his Damage output.
Ideal Iso-8 Class for Black Bolt in Marvel Strike Force:
Black Bolt is a Blaster who has strong attacks and uses them well. As a result the classes that fit him best are either the Striker class or the Raider class. One could argue that the Raider class really fits his strong offensive stats and awesome AoE attack, which is a huge plus for Raiders. However, if used with a good Skirmisher I have found that Black Bolt fits the Striker class quite nicely as well. The added damage at levels 1, 3 an 5 of the Striker upgrades and extra attacks from hitting Vulnerable enemies are, in my opinion, the most beneficial use of Iso-8 for Black Bolt.
