MSF: Best Iso-8 Class for Sabretooth

Sabretooth - MSF

Welcome to the Iso-8 guide for Sabretooth, the latest in our series about the popular game Marvel Strike Force. In this series we look at the best Iso-8 enhancements for MSF characters. While some may refer to Iso-8 as simply “mods” like in other mobile games, we will look to stay true to the naming convention of the Marvel universe and the developers over at Scopely. We at Gaming-fans.com certainly do not claim to have all of the answers in this game, but we do our research and look to use every hero and villain we write about extensively. These are Iso-8 recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate in Marvel Strike Force. Note that these Iso-8 classes may differ from one team makeup to another, so feel free use this as guide knowing that these can change in differing situations within MSF’s gameplay.

Today’s character to review is Sabretooth. Formerly a key member of the Brotherhood faction and then the Emmarauders team that dominated Alliance Wars on Defense for many months, Sabertooth and Wolverine have moved into the Weapon X team to join Omega Red for players seeking to stay up with the META in late 2021. Sabretooth is a Villain, Global, Mutant, Brawler character in Marvel Strike Force and a member of the Brotherhood, Marauder and Weapon X factions. Let’s take a look at the stats we want to focus on enhancing now that Iso-8 modifications have been added to Marvel Strike Force.

Main Focus: Damage & Focus. Sabretooth is a damager-dealer and can add some helpful debuffs, so start your Iso-8 stat enhancements here to maximize his kit. Note that he has one of the highest base Critical Chance stat in the game (30%) at the time of this writing, so any enhancements of his Damage, CC or CD will only help him hit harder.

Ideal Iso-8 Class for Sabretooth in Marvel Strike Force:

Sabretooth can be used a few different ways with Iso-8, as his use with the Emmaruaders can be different than with the Weapon X faction. His high base Critical Chance stat makes him very similar to Wolverine, who we suggest as a Raider, and given the team makeup with Lady Deathstrike as a Skirmisher and Omega Red as a Striker, the argument could easily be made to make Sabretooth a Striker as well. This one comes down to your own gameplay preferences as the Striker and Raider classes both fit Sabretooth nicely.
