Welcome to the Iso-8 guide for Sabretooth, the latest in our series about the popular game Marvel Strike Force. In this series we look at the best Iso-8 enhancements for MSF characters. While some may refer to Iso-8 as simply “mods” like in other mobile games, we will look to stay true to the naming convention of the Marvel universe and the developers over at Scopely. We at Gaming-fans.com certainly do not claim to have all of the answers in this game, but we do our research and look to use every hero and villain we write about extensively. These are Iso-8 recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate in Marvel Strike Force. Note that these Iso-8 classes may differ from one team makeup to another, so feel free use this as guide knowing that these can change in differing situations within MSF’s gameplay.
Today’s character to review is Sabretooth. The White Queen is a Villain, Global, Mutant, Controller and Metamorphosis character in Marvel Strike Force with a fantastic synergy with the Marauders faction. Let’s take a look at the stats we want to focus on enhancing now that Iso-8 modifications have been added to Marvel Strike Force.
Main Focus: Damage & Focus. Sabretooth is a damager-dealer and can add some helpful debuffs, so start your Iso-8 stat enhancements here to maximize his kit. Note that he has the second highest base Critical Chance stat in the game (30%) at the time of this writing, so any enhancements of his Damage, CC or CD will only help him hit harder.
Ideal Iso-8 Class for Sabretooth in Marvel Strike Force:
While my original thought for the Emmarauders was to use Emma Frost as a Healer with Sabretooth as a Raider or Striker, looking at the stats the Raider class looks like a perfect fit. However, after watching Mobile Gamer’s video on his Oh Em Gee channel, I have to agree that the Striker role is a better fit for Emma due to the way the game is coded, thus placing Sabretooth in the Skirmisher Iso-8 class. For details be sure to check out the video where Mobile Gamer breaks it down and discusses how coding the game causes interactions that are not exactly what the text reads in MSF.
