Welcome to the Iso-8 guide for SHIELD Medic, the latest in our series about the popular game Marvel Strike Force. In this series we look at the best Iso-8 enhancements for MSF characters. While some may refer to Iso-8 as simply “mods” like in other mobile games, we will look to stay true to the naming convention of the Marvel universe and the developers over at Scopely. We at Gaming-fans.com certainly do not claim to have all of the answers in this game, but we do our research and look to use every hero and villain we write about extensively. These are Iso-8 recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate in Marvel Strike Force. Note that these Iso-8 classes may differ from one team makeup to another, so feel free use this as guide knowing that these can change in differing situations within MSF’s gameplay.
Today’s character to review is SHIELD Medic. A key member of an effective SHIELD team, for the purposes of MSF she is a Hero, Global, Skill, Support and Minion as a part of the SHIELD faction. Let’s take a look at the stats we want to focus on enhancing now that Iso-8 modifications have been added to Marvel Strike Force.
Main Focus: Health. The first healer you get in the game when you start, and the first character you add Iso-8 to as well, SHIELD Medic has a kit built around Health. Her Fighting Fit ability heals the most injured character for 20% of her Max Health on her turn. In addition, her Emergency Treatment healing ability heals all allies for 1,500 Health plus 15% of SHIELD Medic’s Max Health, so boosting this stat in any way possible is wise.
Ideal Iso-8 Class for SHIELD Medic in Marvel Strike Force:
SHIELD Medic is the healer on the SHIELD team and, when used with SHIELD Assault & Security, Nick Fury and Agent Coulson, takes the first turn on this team. While the Healer class is the obvious choice, and the one selected for us when you open Iso-8 in-game, given the turn order the Skirmisher role could be a good fit. This would make more sense with Nick Fury then used in the Healer class since he has two abilities that do not attack the enemies, thus setting up SHIELD Assault and Coulson to the advantage with their attacks.
