Welcome to the Iso-8 guide for Shocker, the latest in our series about the popular game Marvel Strike Force. In this series we look at the best Iso-8 enhancements for MSF characters. While some may refer to Iso-8 as simply “mods” like in other mobile games, we will look to stay true to the naming convention of the Marvel universe and the developers over at Scopely. We at Gaming-fans.com certainly do not claim to have all of the answers in this game, but we do our research and look to use every hero and villain we write about extensively. These are Iso-8 recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate in Marvel Strike Force. Note that these Iso-8 classes may differ from one team makeup to another, so feel free use this as guide knowing that these can change in differing situations within MSF’s gameplay.
Today’s character to review is Shocker. A member of some Sinister Six teams in Marvel Strike Force, Shocker is one of the 7 characters who are interchangeable and can be swapped out in the four spots next to Doctor Octopus. In MSF, Shocker is a Villain, City, Tech, Blaster who is a member of the Spider-Verse and Sinister Six factions. Let’s take a look at the stats we want to focus on enhancing through Iso-8 modifications in Marvel Strike Force.
Main Focus: Shocker is a middle-of-the-road characters when it comes to his base Speed of 113, as four of the eight in the faction are faster and three are slower. He does have the potential to be a real damage dealer, so any added Damage from Iso-8 is wise.
Ideal Iso-8 Class for Shocker in Marvel Strike Force:
Shocker is a character who can hit pretty hard, but take will some time to become more effective. Personally, he is one of my least favorite Sinister Six characters in MSF, and is left on the bench on my roster. Part of that thinking comes from the fact that he is often the summoned character by Doc Oc anyway, so why double up? Despite this feeling, he is a Blaster in the game and fits the Striker or Raider classes the best. On my roster he is a Striker, but this can change based on the makeup of your Sinister Six team.
