Welcome to the Iso-8 guide for Scarlet Spider, the latest in our series about the popular game Marvel Strike Force. In this series we look at the best Iso-8 enhancements for MSF characters. While some may refer to Iso-8 as simply “mods” like in other mobile games, we will look to stay true to the naming convention of the Marvel universe and the developers over at Scopely. These are Iso-8 recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate in Marvel Strike Force. Note that these Iso-8 classes may differ from one team makeup to another, so feel free use this as a guide knowing that these can change in differing situations within MSF’s gameplay.
Today’s character to review is Scarlet Spider. One of the new additions in Marvel Strike Force, Scarlet Spider was added after the addition of the Web-Warrior faction and is a Hero, City, Bio, Brawler who is a member of the Spider-Verse and Web-Warrior factions. Let’s take a look at the stats we want to focus on enhancing through Iso-8 modifications in Marvel Strike Force.
Main Focus: Scarlet Spider is the fourth fastest (or second slowest) member of the Web-Warrior faction with a base Speed of 118, and has a built in healing mechanic for his Web-Warrior teammates in his unique. The entire faction features mid-level Armor stats and moderate to strong Health with strong Damage, so the plan is to help them survive long enough to Evade and Heal up through Scarlet Spider’s unique and land crits to continue to stay viable. Scarlet Spider does have the highest base Health in the faction and is tied for the highest Damage, so enhancing these two first is recommended.
Ideal Iso-8 Class for Scarlet Spider in Marvel Strike Force:
The Web Warrior team is a new kind of Dodge META for MSF. Basically, you’re banking on them evading attacks, gaining Speed Bar (Turn Meter) and Speed Up, then overwhelming the opponent with strong damage stats. Scarlet Spider is a character who has strong Damage and the highest Health in the faction, but he also has +50% Crit Damage and grants this same stat to his Web-Warrior teammates in Raids. Because of this stat the Raider class, where you can enhance CC and CD, is easily the best fit for Scarlet Spider.
