MSF: Best Iso-8 for Spider-Man (Miles)

Spider-Man Miles - MSF

Welcome to the Iso-8 guide for Spider-Man, the latest in our series about the popular game Marvel Strike Force. In this series we look at the best Iso-8 enhancements for MSF characters. While some may refer to Iso-8 as simply “mods” like in other mobile games, we will look to stay true to the naming convention of the Marvel universe and the developers over at Scopely. We at Gaming-fans.com certainly do not claim to have all of the answers in this game, but we do our research and look to use every hero and villain we write about extensively. These are Iso-8 recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate in Marvel Strike Force. Note that these Iso-8 classes may differ from one team makeup to another, so feel free use this as a guide knowing that these can change in differing situations within MSF’s gameplay.

Today’s character to review is Spider-Man (Miles). While not the early unlock in Marvel Strike Force like Spider-Man, Spider-Man (Miles) has been in the game for a couple of years and is a Hero, City, Bio, Brawler who is a member of the Spider-Verse, Young Avenger & Web-Warrior factions. Let’s take a look at the stats we want to focus on enhancing through Iso-8 modifications in Marvel Strike Force.

Main Focus: Spider-Man (Miles) is the second fastest member of the Web-Warrior faction with a base Speed of 120, just 2 behind Spider-Man. The entire faction features mid-level Armor stats and moderate to strong Health with strong Damage, so the plan is to help them survive long enough to Evade and Heal up through Scarlet Spider’s unique and land crits to continue to stay viable. Overall I feel that Health and Damage are the best routes for Spider-Man (Miles) to ensure he can take hits when he does not Evade and hit hard when attacking.

Ideal Iso-8 Class for Spider-Man (Miles) in Marvel Strike Force:

The Web Warrior team is a new kind of Dodge META for MSF. Basically, you’re banking on them evading attacks, gaining Speed Bar (Turn Meter) and Speed Up, then overwhelming the opponent with strong damage stats. Spider-Man (Miles) is at the forefront of this Dodge META as he has +50% Dodge Chance during Stealth and gains Stealth to start each battle. Because of the way the Speeds line up, if you have Spider-Man starting as a Skirmisher this sets up Spider-Man (Miles) well for the Striker class to get the bonus Iso-8 attacks. While the case could be made for SMM being a Raider, there needs to be a Striker on this team to get the extra hits in and Spider-Man (Miles) appears to be the best fit.
