MSF: Best Iso-8 for Cloak

Cloak - MSF

Welcome to the Iso-8 guide for Cloak, the latest in our series about the popular game Marvel Strike Force. In this series we look at the best Iso-8 enhancements for MSF characters. While some may refer to Iso-8 as simply “mods” like in other mobile games, we will look to stay true to the naming convention of the Marvel universe and the developers over at Scopely. We at Gaming-fans.com certainly do not claim to have all of the answers in this game, but we do our research and look to use every hero and villain we write about extensively. These are Iso-8 recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate in Marvel Strike Force. Note that these Iso-8 classes may differ from one team makeup to another, so feel free use this as a guide knowing that these can change in differing situations within MSF’s gameplay.

Today’s character to review is Cloak. Cloak and Dagger are a duo in Marvel Strike Force that originate from the 1982 comic introduction of the pair into the Marvel world. In Marvel Strike Force they are a strong Mystic duo with Cloak listed as a Hero, City, Mystic, Controller, Rebel, Spirit Slayer and a member of the New Warrior faction. Let’s take a look at the best Iso-8 class and stats we want to focus on enhancing through the Iso-8 modifications in Marvel Strike Force.

Main Focus: Cloak checks in with a base Speed of 120, a stat that is enhanced in Raids when used with Deathpool through her Speed Bar boost. He has a high Dodge Chance in all areas of the game and gains additional Dodge Chance in Raids. Given the high Dodge Chance and the application of debuffs from all of his attacks, emphasizing Health and Focus would be the first two stats to enhance through Iso-8 modification.

Ideal Iso-8 Class for Cloak in Marvel Strike Force:

Because Cloak should always be paired up with Dagger, having these two in sync is essential to your gameplay. If used in Raids, adding Deathpool is just as important. As a result I would recommend following the standard Skirmisher/Striker relationship with the Cloak & Dagger duo and given Cloak is the faster of the two it makes sense to take advantage of the Skirmisher class for him and allow Dagger to utilize the Striker class.
