Welcome to the Iso-8 guide for Wong, the latest in our series about the popular game Marvel Strike Force. In this series we look at the best Iso-8 enhancements for MSF characters. While some may refer to Iso-8 as simply “mods” like in other mobile games, we will look to stay true to the naming convention of the Marvel universe and the developers over at Boundless Entertainment. We at Gaming-fans.com certainly do not claim to have all of the answers in this game, but we do our research and look to use every hero and villain we write about extensively. These are Iso-8 recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate in Marvel Strike Force. Note that these Iso-8 classes may differ from one team makeup to another, so feel free use this as a guide knowing that these can change in differing situations within MSF’s gameplay.
Today’s character to review is Wong, a popular character from the Doctor Strange movies and comics. In Marvel Strike Force Wong is a Hero, Global, Mystic, Protector and a member of the Darkhold faction. Let’s take a look at the best Iso-8 class and stats we want to focus on enhancing through the Iso-8 modifications in Marvel Strike Force.
Main Focus: Wong checks in with a base Speed of 98 which makes him the slowest member of the Darkhold faction. Looking at the stats, he has very high Health, Armor and Resistance stats and strong Damage as well. As a result, I would look to enhance each of these to start with your Iso-8 upgrades and look to build on his strengths.
Ideal Iso-8 Class for Wong in Marvel Strike Force:
Wong has a unique kit and a blend of strong stats that are enhanced by buffs and increases to Armor and Defense for himself and his Darkhold allies. He does have a Taunt built into his Portal Barrage special, and given his high Health, Armor and Resistance stats it is tempting to look at a Healer or Fortifier classes for Iso-8. However the Darkhold team lacks a consistent Striker with Morgan Le Fay and Agatha Harkness seen in multiple Iso-8 classes, so the Striker class feels like the best fit for Wong in Marvel Strike Force.
