Welcome to the Iso-8 guide for Gambit, the latest in our series about the popular game Marvel Strike Force. In this series we look at the best Iso-8 enhancements for MSF characters. While some may refer to Iso-8 as simply “mods” like in other mobile games, we will look to stay true to the naming convention of the Marvel universe and the developers over at Boundless Entertainment. We at Gaming-fans.com certainly do not claim to have all of the answers in this game, but we do our research and look to use every hero and villain we write about extensively. These are Iso-8 recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate in Marvel Strike Force. Note that these Iso-8 classes may differ from one team makeup to another, so feel free use this as a guide knowing that these can change in differing situations within MSF’s gameplay.
Today’s character to review is Gambit. In Marvel Strike Force Gambit is a Hero, Global, Mutant, Blaster character who is a member of the Unlimited X-Men faction. Let’s take a look at the best Iso-8 class and stats we want to focus on enhancing through the Iso-8 modifications in Marvel Strike Force.
Main Focus: Gambit comes in with an average base Speed of 107, but has very high Health, Power, Damage and Armor stats. Given most Iso-8 stats are upgraded in bulk as opposed t slowly over time, you’re fine getting him upgraded in all areas with Armor, Health and Damage being the three I recommend prioritizing.
Ideal Iso-8 Class for Gambit in Marvel Strike Force:
Gambit has the flexibility of all four card suits (Hearts, Diamonds, Spades & Clubs) in the Gambit Raid, and because of that and his strong stats and kit, he makes a great teammate in his namesake Raid. Looking at his abilities, he is a character with a strong AoE, can hit adjacent targets and has high damage. As a result the Raider class feels like the best fit for him with Iso-8, but I can see the argument for the Striker class as well.
