One things I have noticed on Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes is that most Guilds do not have a real strategy. Some have individuals who post videos online (many of which are great by the way), but few seem to be really focused on “Guild Member Development.”
Because we are almost ready for the Heroic AAT (HAAT), we took the lessons learned from our HAAT attempt in early January and put a plan in place. While a “Guild Member Development” plan seems hardcore and over-the-top, it really is not – we have a great group of players who understand the difference between gaming and real life. However we also know that gamers are competitive and want to know the best ways to improve as quickly as possible. As a result we have members like myself who help advise our members on how to become HAAT-ready and where they can make adjustments to improve their toon and rosters as a whole.
Yesterday I posted that our SWGoH Guild is seeking new members, and we have already added a new member. So while we are on of many who are seeking players right now, consider this. When our members are open to getting better we are here to help direct them on where they can improve their roster, utilize their Mods more effectively and be better all-around.
