Welcome to the latest in our series of articles about the Transformers Earth Wars mobile game where we take a look at the best Power Cores for each TFEW bot. While our staff will never claim to have all of the answers for TFEW, we do our homework and test out each bot to ensure we are making only the best recommendations.

Smokescreen and Brake-Neck are an interesting pair of bots. They are in the special class and their abilities are used by highly skilled players to take out an opposing Strafe / Scourge prior to takeoff, which is not an easy feat. They also have the lowest HP of bots in the game, but firepower on par with Skyburst and Onslaught. So which core works best with these bots?

Best Power Core for Smokescreen & Brake-Neck:

Best Core: Attack Core – The Attack core is the best core to enhance Smokescreen and Break-Neck’s attack abilities. Since we have to select only from the universal cores, the other cores do not do much for this bot. Once these guys get targeted, they won’t be long for the battlefield – with or without defensive based upgrades. It is best to make sure their most useful attribute, their attack, is boosted.
