MSF: Best Iso-8 for Doctor Doom

Doctor Doom - MSF

Welcome to the Iso-8 guide for Doctor Doom, the latest in our series about the popular game Marvel Strike Force. In this series we look at the best Iso-8 enhancements for MSF characters. While some may refer to Iso-8 as simply “mods” like in other mobile games, we will look to stay true to the naming convention of the Marvel universe and the developers over at Scopely. We at Gaming-fans.com certainly do not claim to have all of the answers in this game, but we do our research and look to use every hero and villain we write about extensively. These are Iso-8 recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate in Marvel Strike Force. Note that these Iso-8 classes may differ from one team makeup to another, so feel free use this as a guide knowing that these can change in differing situations within MSF’s gameplay.

Today’s character to review is Doctor Doom. The prize for beating the Dark Dimension IV, Doctor Victor Von Doom is, according to marvel.fandom.com, “a Latverian politician who serves as the Monarch and Supreme Leader for the Kingdom of Latveria. He was scarred from an accident and wears an iron mask and armor to hide his true face. He is considered one of the most brilliant minds and scientists on the planet Earth.” In MSF Doctor Doom is a Villain, Global, Tech, Mystic, Controller who has no faction. Let’s take a look at the stats we want to focus on enhancing through Iso-8 modifications in Marvel Strike Force.

Main Focus: Doctor Doom is a well-rounded offensive character with a nasty special attack and a strong health stat thanks to his unique. As a result I would first put emphasis on Damage and Health to ensure you maximize Dr. Doom.

Ideal Iso-8 Class for Doctor Doom in Marvel Strike Force:

Doctor Doom is a character that can hit very hard and applies Disrupted on his basic. Even before you power Dr. Doom up you want extra attacks from this character given he is designed to be one of the best characters in the game at this time, and likely for many months after this is published. The Striker class, when setup well by Skirmishers or Raiders and the Iso-8 status effect “Vulnerable,” will get the bonus attack in that can be very helpful with a character of this power. Even though he does not have a team to fit into on a regular basis, Doctor Doom seems to be best used as a Striker in MSF to maximize his effectiveness.
