MSF: Best Iso-8 for Gamora

Gamora - MSF

Welcome to the Iso-8 guide for Gamora, the latest in our series about the popular game Marvel Strike Force. In this series we look at the best Iso-8 enhancements for MSF characters. While some may refer to Iso-8 as simply “mods” like in other mobile games, we will look to stay true to the naming convention of the Marvel universe and the developers over at Scopely. We at Gaming-fans.com certainly do not claim to have all of the answers in this game, but we do our research and look to use every hero and villain we write about extensively. These are Iso-8 recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate in Marvel Strike Force. Note that these Iso-8 classes may differ from one team makeup to another, so feel free use this as guide knowing that these can change in differing situations within MSF’s gameplay.

Today’s character to review is Gamora. In the early days of Marvel Strike Force, Gamora was popular on Guardian teams. But as the game has evolved she saw her value decline along with the others in the Guardian faction. As a member of the Guardian faction, Gamora is a featured character in the Guardians of the Galaxy video game for PS4 & Xbox Series X / One which is a hot item for the 2021 holiday season. When Adam Warlock and the Infinity Watch faction was added to MSF this took Gamora’s value, and a revised kit, to new heights as she became part of the META in 2021. In MSF Gamora is a Hero, Cosmic, Skill, Brawler who is a member of the Guardian and Infimity Watch factions. Let’s take a look at the stats we want to focus on enhancing through Iso-8 modifications in Marvel Strike Force.

Main Focus: Gamora is the fastest character in the Infinity Watch faction when it comes to her base Speed of 130. She is a highly offensive character who lands valuable debuffs, so adding Damage and Focus will help play to her strengths.

Ideal Iso-8 Class for Gamora in Marvel Strike Force:

Gamora is the fastest of the Inifnitiy Watch characters and will take the first turn in your battles. While Is0-8 is often used to have a Skirmisher or Raider start the battle and set things up for the Strikers, she is a rare case where the Striker going first can be used just as effectively. As you progress through Iso-8 Tier 1 enhancements, you gain 5% Damage at Levels 1, 3 and 5, while a Raider gains Critical Chance & Critical Damage at Tiers 3 & 5 only. If you are using Adam Warlock and Phyla-Vell as Strikers as we recommend in these Iso-8 recommendations for MSF, the Raider class may be the better fit. This really comes down to your own gameplay and preferences as I cannot see how either Iso-8 class is a bad choice for Gamora.
