The Legend of Zelda games have become an iconic and beloved franchise within the realm of video games. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom was released in mid-May 2023 and continues the saga of Link as we look at the Wind Temple.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom – Wind Temple
1st Floor:
To the front and a bit left there is a gate with a broken lever, using master hand you need to attach an item to the lever and that will fix it opening the gate and letting Tulin open a lock.
Back from the starting spot there is an open room with an ice crystal, if you melt it, you get a “Solider II Spear.”
There are 4 entrances to Basement 1 on the sides of the ship, 2 of which are closed until you unlock them.
Using the big Wind Tower in the middle of the ship, you can glide up to the tallest part of the ship and open the big door using your master hand ability. Through the door there are a bunch of lasers, after the lasers there is a room with the second of the 5 locks.
The third lock requires you to go through Basement 1.
Basement 1:
On the West side you can jump across a gap with ice walls and on the other side you fight a Captain Construct II and you can unlock a gate with a lever as a shortcut. From the Captain, you can use a balloon (or another method) to go up through the ceiling, there you will find a chest with a “Captain II Reaper” and there is a gear that needs to be turned. To turn the gear, attach a fan to it, this will unlock a room with a Soldier Construct III and the third of the 5 locks.
The second lock requires you to go through the 1st Floor.
There are gears on the East side of the ship, you need to connect them (I used an icicle). Using Master Hand, this will lead you to the fourth of the 5 locks, you can also unlock another shortcut gate
Basement 2:
Using Tulin’s gust, you can fly into the small room under the ship, there you will find a Soldier Construct II and the fifth of the 5 locks.
Wind Temple – Boss:
Colgera:
You must fight this boss in the air.
Phase 1: Using your bow and arrows, shoot the ice caps on his bottom side, then shoot the purple centers to hurt him, try your best to dodge.
Phase 2: Same thing but there are also tornados to dodge.
After 6 hits he is defeated and after the fight you get a heart container.
