Impeccable Targeting Systems (Basic): Deal physical damage to target enemy and all target locked enemies. Then, remove 10% turn meter from all buffed units and gain 50% of the turn meter bonus. In addition, all Seventh Fleet allies gain speed and potency up for 2 turns
Strike of the Seventh Fleet (cooldown 3): Grant all allies Defense Up and critical hit immunity for 3 turns. In addition, all Seventh Fleet allies gain retribution for 2 turns. Deal special damage to target enemy and dispel all buffs and debuffs on them. Then, call all allies to assist dealing 50% less damage. For each status effect dispelled from the target, this damage penalty is reduced by 10%. Reduce the cooldown of this attack by 1 for each seventh fleet ally called to assist. This attack begins on cooldown at the start of each encounter.
Dechiper and Decimate (cooldown 6): Deal physical damage to target enemy and instantly defeat them if they had over 1% protection or had more than 1 positive status or 3 negative status effects active on them. This attack begins on cooldown at the start of each encounter. Reduce the cooldown of this attack by 1 whenever a seventh fleet ally is critically hit or the first time an ally falls below 100% health and 100% protection.
Contemplative Retailtion (cooldown 3): All allies gain Foresight, critical hit immunity and 35% defense (stacking) whenever they are damaged for 3 turns. Upon this defense bonus expiring, all allies recover 25% of their max health, gain offense up, advantage and protection recharge (40%) for 1 turn.
Reinforcement (cooldown 3): Call in a Reinforcement.
Seventh Fleet Commander (unique): The Chimaera inflicts target lock on 2 random enemies at the start of each of its turn which cannot be resisted. None of the Chimaera’s attacks can be evaded. In addition, all Empire allies gain the “Seventh Fleet” Tag whilst the Chimaera is active as a fleet commander. All Seventh Fleet allies gain +15% potency and gain +5% potency (stacking) whenever they are damaged or inflict an debuff on enemy, doubled if said debuff is target lock. At the end of each of the Chimaera’s turns, it gains 5% turn meter for each Target locked unit. Whilst the Chimaera is active as a fleet commander, all reinforcements called gain stealth and advantage for 2 turns upon being called into battle. Whenever an ally suffers or resists a negative status effect, they recover 5% max health, gain 10% turn meter and 5% max health (stacking).
