Dark Dimension IV was added to Marvel Strike Force during the Fall of 2020 and requires Gear 15 characters to participate. Upgrading Doctor Doom’s yellow stars is simple – beat the Dark Dimension IV a second time. The first time you defeat the DD4 you unlock Doctor Doom at 5-stars (aka 5 yellow stars), but it takes beating the Dark Dimension IV a second time to upgrade Doctor Doom to 7-stars.

How do I upgrade Doctor Doom’s red star count?

Upgrading Doctor Doom’s red star count is just as easy. In fact, you do not have to do anything special or extra to do so as defeating all 15 missions of the Dark Dimension IV a second time will earn you a 4-red star upgrade for Doctor Doom.
