The second Phase of the newest Territory Battles is here as the Rise of the Empire Territory Battle continues. Unlike previous Territory Battles in SWGoH, the Rise of the Empire TB features Light Side, Dark Side and Neutral paths and Platoons are now called Operations. These Operations are even more critical than before, now requiring characters to be at certain Relic levels to even be included.
The Rise of the Empire Territory Battle features six Phases which last 24 hours each. Most of the six Phases of the event has a Special Mission rewarding Mk III Guild Event Tokens in Phases 1, 4, 5 and 6 and Reva (Third Sister) shards in Phase 3.
The following is a Walkthrough of my experiences in Phase 2 that will be updated over time. Specifically, this covers the Combat Mission on the right on the Light Side that requires Light Side or Neutral characters at Relic 6 or higher.

Phase 2 Combat Mission Battle Notes:
12.13.22 – With my Holdo and Ben Solo characters at Relic 5 and Rey (Jedi Training), C-3PO and BB-8 used in Operations (I think), I shoot for a lesser goal in this battle – just get through the first wave and score some points. As a result I bring GAS as my 5th character and go to work. Note to self, do not deplete the Resistance faction…
Five Imperial Troopers, two of them Purge Troopers, greet me and look to make my life difficult. As I learned in the Jedi Combat Mission for Phase 2, giving these Purge Troopers even a small window to attack and they can be deadly, and like the Jedi mission, these Troopers have 5 stacks of Endless Ranks on them, meaning you have to get 5 kills before any kill counts. I lose Poe early despite putting Rey’s Lifeblood buff on him, and it turns out that Rey’s Whirlwind saber throw is key to even getting out of this first wave. Since character killed by this cannot be revived, it ignores the Endless Ranks and eliminates that enemy. I use it on the Stormtrooper and eventually both Purge Troopers to allow myself a chance as I also lose Finn in the first wave but get to the second wave and earn a total of 125k Territory Points for my guild.

Phase 2 Combat Mission Battle Notes:
12.14.22 – After fighting this with Rey yesterday, I platooned her today and decided to try out GAS and the 501st. I start hitting the five Imperial Troopers by placing hits on one of the Purge Troopers, and after a couple of attacks they open up a can, force GAS to kneel, and Fives to sacrifice himself. GAS stands back up and kills off a Purge Trooper, which is fortunate since characters killed by GAS cannot revive. GAS kills a Recon Stormtrooper, then kneels again, then Rex annihilates the other Purge Trooper as the momentum goes my way. I finish off the last two Troopers and move on.
The second wave has Second Sister with a Stormtrooper and three Purge Troopers. Four stacks of Endless Ranks are on the Troopers, but like in other battles, the Inquisitor does not have those stacks. I take 5-6 turns hitting the Second Sister and knock off much of her protection before GAS kneels and the enemies overwhelm my team, killing Echo and ARC. Rex gets his Rexhilate attack in to kill a Purge Trooper and then he is killed, leaving GAS all by himself. GAS just does not have enough at this level to put a dent in this group and I lose, gaining just 125k Territory Points for my guild.
