SWGoH: Rise of the Empire – Phase 4 Neutral Combat Mission (Top Left)

SWGoH - Rise of the Empire Territory Battle - Phase 4

Phase 4 of the Rise of the Empire Territory Battle is here after the December 2022 launch. Unlike previous Territory Battles in SWGoH, the Rise of the Empire TB features Light Side, Dark Side and Neutral paths and Platoons are now called Operations.

The Rise of the Empire Territory Battle features six Phases which last 24 hours each. Each of the six Phases of the event has a Special Mission rewarding Mk III Guild Event Tokens in Phases 1, 4, 5 and 6 and Reva (Third Sister) shards in Phase 3.

The following is a Walkthrough of my experiences in Phase 4 that will be updated over time. Specifically, this covers the Neutral Combat Mission on Kessel in the top left that does not have any specific characters required, just all characters used must be at Relic 8 or higher.

Phase 4 Neutral Combat Mission Battle Notes:

01.01.23 – As I look to get all of my battles in before the clock runs out, or should I say before the ball drops, I face these tricky Pyke enemies with a stag=nge combo of characters. The Relic 8 requirements make these tough, but it is also kind of interesting to use Old Daka with Sith and Wat. This battle is one of this tricky ones with Confuse built into it consistently, and having Wat Tambor is proving to be a really big deal. I lose Dooku early and kill off one of the Pyke Sentinels and Dana’s first attempt to revive does not work out. I have Wat look to cleanse and use the event ability as needed, usually when I get anyone to 2 stacks, and Malak adds Tenacity Down to enemies which I use to my advantage having Malak, Daka and Dooku (when alive) Stun as much as possible. With four enemies on-screen, one being the add-on Pirate Leader that does NOT need to be killed to move on, SEE zaps two away and I try another revive with Daka that fails and finish off the final Pirate in the rear right of the board.

The second wave is more of the same, and I Link two Pykes up front to start off. I lose Wat early which worries me, but I also Stun three enemies and survive several attacks. Malak drains the Force from one Pyke, killing him, but the enemies kill Old Daka. SEE links two enemies and Malak kills the Pyke leader as he proves to be a huge help in this battle, and I start working on the Pirate Spy on the left as SEE is one away from his ultimate. He zaps the enemies next turn and I have just two left, including and elusive Pirate Enforcer that does need to be killed to win. I go all-in on the Pirate Spy and kill him, thinking the Pirate Enforcer is unimportant, then learn otherwise and take him out too as Malak’s ability to place Tenacity Down and then Stun is great in these small number battles. 493,594 Territory Points is my reward for my Guild for the win.
