Welcome to the Iso-8 guide for Black Panther, the latest in our series about the popular game Marvel Strike Force. In this series we look at the best Iso-8 enhancements for MSF characters. While some may refer to Iso-8 as simply “mods” like in other mobile games, we will look to stay true to the naming convention of the Marvel universe and the developers over at FoxNext. We at Gaming-fans.com certainly do not claim to have all of the answers in this game, but we do our research and look to use every hero and villain we write about extensively. These are Iso-8 recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate in Marvel Strike Force.
Writer’s Note: This is being written originally BEFORE the release of Iso-8 modifications in Marvel Strike Force. Having written over 110 of these for another popular mobile game with an IP owned by Disney, and with an extensive knowledge of how these games work, I feel confident that the information below will help you know what areas to focus on when MSF does indeed add the Iso-8 feature.
Today’s character to review is Black Panther. While he is not the Legendary MSF character in the Wakandan faction, something I this FoxNext would change if they could, he can be an awesome offensive character in this game and is made stronger by the other Wakandans in the game. Let’s take a look at the stats we want to focus on enhancing when Iso-8 modifications are added to Marvel Strike Force.
Main Focus: Offense/Damage. Black Panther is a very good character in Marvel Strike Force and I was one of the lucky few to get him in a 6-red star version. As a result I have seen his damage potential time and time again and built a strong team of Wakandans around him. Because he deals very good Damage already, and his Panther Rush AoE attack can be so devastating, I recommend adding even more Damage to Black Panther to enhance his strength.
Additional Areas to Focus: Focus (Potency), Critical Chance, Critical Damage, Defense and Piercing? I say “Piercing?” simply because we do not yet know what stats can be enhanced by Iso-8 modifications, and if this is a stat that we can add to I would definitely boost it for Black Panther as all of his attacks already have added Piercing. Focus is MSF’s version of Potency and given how important the Slow debuff is in this game and that he applies it on his basic, Claw Slash, this is a stat I would look to enhance. Critical Chance and Critical Damage are only going to add to the Offense/Damage mentioned above and will especially help the Panther Rush AoE attack given it has an extra 20% CC already. Finally added Defense is a good idea simply because BP has so much offensive value on the Wakandan team and because he gains Deflect on gaining Defense up which is often granted by Shuri’s Instant Upgrade.
Ideal Iso-8 Setup for Black Panther in Marvel Strike Force:
At least at this time, before the release of Iso-8, we do not know how these will fit into Marvel Strike Force. Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes and Dragon Champions both feature 6 spots for the mod or rune can be placed, with each impacting specific stats based on that type of modifier. So when the time comes and the details are available, my recommendations for the best Iso-8 for Black Panther will be posted below.
