MSF: Best Iso-8 for Nick Fury

MSF - Chasing Fury Event

Welcome to the Iso-8 guide for Nick Fury, the latest in our series about the popular game Marvel Strike Force. In this series we look at the best Iso-8 enhancements for MSF characters. While some may refer to Iso-8 as simply “mods” like in other mobile games, we will look to stay true to the naming convention of the Marvel universe and the developers over at Scopely. We at Gaming-fans.com certainly do not claim to have all of the answers in this game, but we do our research and look to use every hero and villain we write about extensively. These are Iso-8 recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate in Marvel Strike Force. Note that these Iso-8 classes may differ from one team makeup to another, so feel free use this as guide knowing that these can change in differing situations within MSF’s gameplay.

Today’s character to review is Nick Fury. A key member of the SHIELD team, for the purposes of MSF, Nick Fury is a Hero, Global, Skill, Support, Avenger, Legendary and a member of the SHIELD faction. Let’s take a look at the stats we want to focus on enhancing now that Iso-8 modifications have been added to Marvel Strike Force.

Main Focus: Health. Nick Fury is a key character to making the SHIELD teams effective, and his abilities support his teammates quite well. As a result, build up his Health and survivability to ensure he stays alive to heal and support the other SHIELD members.

Ideal Iso-8 Class for Nick Fury in Marvel Strike Force:

In a SHIELD lineup with Fury, Coulson, Assault, Medic and Security, Nick Fury takes the second turn coming right after SHIELD Medic. But with Medic taking an early turn and not needing her heal right away most of the time, and Fury typically calling the SHIELD minions as a summons or placing Defense Up, the only roles that fit this first turn well are Healer and Fortifier. Given we want to keep Nick Fury alive as long as possible and Medic take the first turn, I am suggesting to consider going against the obvious and use the Healer class for Nick Fury and the Skirmisher class for SHIELD Medic as a result. My tests on this are working out nicely thus far and I will update this if I feel a better combination is available.
