MSF: Best Iso-8 for Star-Lord

MSF - Star Lord Event
Welcome to the Iso-8 guide for Star-Lord, the latest in our series about the popular game Marvel Strike Force. In this series we look at the best Iso-8 enhancements for MSF characters. While some may refer to Iso-8 as simply “mods” like in other mobile games, we will look to stay true to the naming convention of the Marvel universe and the developers over at Scopely/Boundless Entertainment. We at Gaming-fans.com certainly do not claim to have all of the answers in this game, but we do our research and look to use every hero and villain we write about extensively. These are Iso-8 recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate in Marvel Strike Force. Note that these Iso-8 classes may differ from one team makeup to another, so feel free use this as a guide knowing that these can change in differing situations within MSF’s gameplay. Today’s character to review is the MSF Legendary character Star-Lord. The first Legendary character in Marvel Strike Force, Star-Lord is a Hero, Cosmic, Tech, Controller, Legendary character and a member of the Guardian faction. Let’s take a look at how Iso-8 can work with his kit to maximize his effectiveness in MSF. Main Focus: Star-Lord is a rather fast character with a base Speed of 120, placing him in the upper 3rd of the MSF roster. While his use remains for early game players, his main value for endgame players is as an occasional character in the Real-Time Arena or the Pocket Dimension because of his Special where he passes out Ability Energy to his teammates. Of course this will be different than using him with a Guardian team, but either way keeping Star-Lord alive long enough to pass out Ability Energy is key, so add Health and Armor to help keep him on-screen and add Resistance to keep him from being Ability Blocked.

Ideal Iso-8 Class for Star-Lord in Marvel Strike Force:

The Guardian faction was an early META in Marvel Strike Force, but years have passed since those days and Star-Lord’s girlfriend Gamora has landed with the Infinity Watch faction as her new home. For Star-Lord himself, just getting to the higher levels of Iso will help him from the Max Health gains alone. Given he is a faster character I feel like the Skirmisher class is the best fit for him as he is really just here to annoy your enemies, and setting up his teammates to hit more often is quite annoying. While the Striker and Raider classes may make more sense for some players given how Star-Lord is used, I am using him as a Skirmisher.
