Welcome to the Iso-8 guide for Magneto, the latest in our series about the popular game Marvel Strike Force. In this series we look at the best Iso-8 enhancements for MSF characters. While some may refer to Iso-8 as simply “mods” like in other mobile games, we will look to stay true to the naming convention of the Marvel universe and the developers over at Scopely. We at Gaming-fans.com certainly do not claim to have all of the answers in this game, but we do our research and look to use every hero and villain we write about extensively. These are Iso-8 recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate in Marvel Strike Force. Note that these Iso-8 classes may differ from one team makeup to another, so feel free use this as guide knowing that these can change in differing situations within MSF’s gameplay.
Today’s character to review is Magneto, a Legendary Mutant in the Death Seed faction who works alongside Dark Beast, Nemesis, Psylocke and the Legendary villain character Archangel. In MSF Magneto is a Villain, Global, Mutant, Controller and a member of the aforementioned Death Seed faction as well as the former lead of the Brotherhood in-game. Let’s take a look at the stats we want to focus on enhancing through the Iso-8 modifications available in Marvel Strike Force.
Main Focus: Now that we have a clear picture of the Death Seed faction we can see that the slowest character statistically is Magneto, but his unique is what gets this team off to a fast start. Just as it did with the Brotherhood faction, Magneto’s unique fills his Speed Bar by 15% on Spawn plus another +15% per Brotherhood or Death Seed ally. This allows him to take the first turn in the battle and get things rolling with his Magnetic Vortex ultimate which Blinds enemies and sets the battle up. Because of this I would suggest going with Focus as the first stat to boost from Iso-8 as applying Blind is a key to any battle that Magneto is a part of.
Ideal Iso-8 Class for Magneto in Marvel Strike Force:
Because he is the first Death Seed member to take a turn, Magneto has the chance to control the whole battle. Given that opening move will almost always be an AoE, the Raider class is the logical choice. Not only will the added CC and CD from the Raider class help along with the Vulnerable Iso-8 status effect, but when a ally lands a critical hit it also heals all Death Seed allies for 3% of Archangel’s Max Health as well..
