Welcome to the Iso-8 guide for Moonstone, the latest in our series about the popular game Marvel Strike Force. In this series we look at the best Iso-8 enhancements for MSF characters. While some may refer to Iso-8 as simply “mods” like in other mobile games, we will look to stay true to the naming convention of the Marvel universe and the developers over at Scopely. We at Gaming-fans.com certainly do not claim to have all of the answers in this game, but we do our research and look to use every hero and villain we write about extensively. These are Iso-8 recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate in Marvel Strike Force. Note that these Iso-8 classes may differ from one team makeup to another, so feel free use this as guide knowing that these can change in differing situations within MSF’s gameplay.
Today’s character to review is Moonstone, a Villain, Global, Bio, Controller character and a member of the Master of Evil faction. Let’s take a look at the stats we want to focus on enhancing through the Iso-8 modifications available in Marvel Strike Force.
Main Focus: While not a very impressive character statistically when compared to most new characters in Marvel Strike Force, Moonstone features a kit of abilities that tie in well with her Masters of Evil allies. Her Focus stat is in the Top 20 of all characters in the game at the time of her release, so I would first look to boost Focus to help apply debuffs.
Ideal Iso-8 Class for Moonstone in Marvel Strike Force:
While Moonstone is not a standout character when it comes to stats, she does remove Speed Bar and Mind Control enemies with added debuffs when in Crucible. In addition, she grants MoE allies additional focus in Crucible making them a nightmare to deal with. Given the setup of recommending Kang the Conqueror, Titania and Absorbing Man as Raiders and Ultron as on Striker, an additional Striker makes sense to allow for this team to exploit all of those Vulnerable Iso-8 debuffs to gain extra attacks.
