MSF: Best Iso-8 for Corvus Glaive

Corvus Glaive - MSF

Welcome to the Iso-8 guide for Corvus Glaive, the latest in our series about the popular game Marvel Strike Force. In this series we look at the best Iso-8 enhancements for MSF characters. While some may refer to Iso-8 as simply “mods” like in other mobile games, we will look to stay true to the naming convention of the Marvel universe and the developers over at Scopely. We at Gaming-fans.com certainly do not claim to have all of the answers in this game, but we do our research and look to use every hero and villain we write about extensively. These are Iso-8 recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate in Marvel Strike Force. Note that these Iso-8 classes may differ from one team makeup to another, so feel free use this as guide knowing that these can change in differing situations within MSF’s gameplay.

Today’s character to review is Corvus Glaive, a Villain, Cosmic, Skill, Brawler who is a member of the Black Order faction. Let’s take a look at the stats we want to focus on enhancing through the Iso-8 modifications available in Marvel Strike Force.

Main Focus: While the Thanos Black Order team is rather slow, Corvus Glaive and his base speed of 101 is not close to the slowest. Both Thanos and Cull Obsidian have slower base speeds, but Ebony Maw‘s unique is key to getting Thanos to take the first turn when this team is together. Overall, Corvis Glaive is not a terribly impressive statistical character but is intended to be strong offensively on this team with added CC, CD and damage in his unique, so use Iso-8 to enhance the offensive stats first.

Ideal Iso-8 Class for Corvus Glaive in Marvel Strike Force:

Being a middle of the road speed character on a team that needs offense and having that built into his unique makes Corvus Glaive a good fit for the Striker and Raider classes on a traditional Thanos Black Order team. However, generally speaking, I like Raiders to have multiple attacks that can hurt more than one enemy and Corvus Glaive has no AoE and only one attack that hits adjacent enemies. Given his added damage stat in his Loyal Lieutenant unique, enhancing it even more by making him a Striker seems like the best way to utilize Iso-8 enhancements for Corvus Glaive.
