As we continue our analysis of Relics for individual characters in SWGoH, a day after the relic review for General Grievous, we now take a look at the relic of his long time adversary, General Kenobi. Of course each of these posts will compare a character’s usefulness and viability with the stat boosts they gain from a Level 7 Relic.
While not known for his offensive capabilities, Kenobi’s Level 7 Relic gives him a decent 1,535 Physical Damage increase and a 15.58% boost to his Critical Chance. While he still does not hit very hard, he does gain a useful 6.75% increase to his Health Steal.
Because General Kenobi is a durable tank in SWGoH, I wanted to put more focus on his defensive survivability stats. His Protection sees a 9,900 increase, going from 50,319 to 60,219. Kenobi’s relic also gives him a minor Resistance increase of 4.62% and a significant 12.59% Armor increase, taking it from 45.68% to 58.27%. While this is average across all character gains from Level 7 Relics, it leaves him with over 58% Armor which is one of the highest in the game and can be enhanced even more by using the right mods on General Kenobi. One of Kenobi’s most important stats (especially under Padme Amidala lead) is Max Health. Going from 36,960 to 56,706, Kenobi gains a Health increase of 19,746 from his Relic.
Even though he doesn’t gain top tier stat increases from his Relic upgrades, General Kenobi is a core character on both a Jedi Knight Revan team and a Padme team along with being SWGoH’s newest fleet commander.
Comparing his overall viability and place in the game with the stat increases he gains, I rate General Kenobi’s Relic upgrade as a High Priority.
