Welcome to the Iso-8 guide for America Chavez, the latest in our series about the popular game Marvel Strike Force. In this series we look at the best Iso-8 enhancements for MSF characters. While some may refer to Iso-8 as simply “mods” like in other mobile games, we will look to stay true to the naming convention of the Marvel universe and the developers over at Scopely. We at Gaming-fans.com certainly do not claim to have all of the answers in this game, but we do our research and look to use every hero and villain we write about extensively. These are Iso-8 recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate in Marvel Strike Force. Note that these Iso-8 classes may differ from one team makeup to another, so feel free use this as a guide knowing that these can change in differing situations within MSF’s gameplay.
Today’s character to review is America Chavez. While not a single member of the Young Avengers faction was a day one member of MSF, America Chavez has been in-game for a couple of years now after being introduced around July the 4th. In Marvel Strike Force, America Chavez is a Hero, Cosmic, Mystic, Brawler who is a member of the Young Avenger faction. Let’s take a look at the stats we want to focus on enhancing through Iso-8 modifications in Marvel Strike Force.
Main Focus: America Chavez is the second fastest member of the Young Avenger faction with a base Speed of 115, just 5 behind Squirrel Girl. She and Echo are among the list of the top damage-dealers in Marvel Strike Force, so enhancing her Damage stat is where I would first look. After Damage, AC’s base Health stat is also quite high making her a great candidate for Health as well.
Ideal Iso-8 Class for America Chavez in Marvel Strike Force:
The Young Avengers team is going to take some testing given the new characters in Echo and Kate Bishop, but America Chavez’ place on this team is pretty clear. She is a damage-dealer and fits the Striker class quite well. However, note the following for use on War Defense. America Chavez has a line in her unique that reads, “On War Defense, on Spawn, fill Speed Bar by 25% for adjacent allies.” This is incredibly important to understand as this will boost the allies on her right and left significantly and likely make them faster than your enemies and thus take the first turn of the battle. I would suggest having Kate Bishop and likely Echo surround AC to take full advantage of this. Of course this advice is based on having Squirrel Girl used as a Healer, so the thinking here is to get your Skimishers/Striker/Raider characters to start the attacks and do their damage, leaving Ms. Marvel and Squirrel Girl to take their turns later given their defensive classes.
