07.25.22 – One week after I started my Mission 12 battles, I find myself trying to avoid the urge to spend a bunch of money on a couple of Teal gear pieces. So far, so good on that… I will update my characters above and add to the list as I have more Gear 16 legendary characters available. Right now it looks like Shuri will be my 4th addition to the list and either Morgan Le Fay or Rogue as the 5th member of the team.

07.30.22 – I was able to add Shuri yesterday after a strong showing in the Party in Paradise events helped me get a lot more Teal gear. Now I have Morgan Le Fay at 1 piece away from joining the group above, and I am just 9 Augmented Celestial Lattice pieces away from finally starting Mission 13.

08.01.22 – I find myself just 5 Augmented Celestial Lattice pieces away from getting Morgan Le Fay to Gear 16 so I bite and spend $15 to make it happen. While I am not a fan of this at all, this means I start battles today as opposed to waiting another week or more.

I start by changing Omega Red from a Striker to a Raider to balance out my Iso-8 a bit more and my team heads into battle, checking in at 1,061,487 as I face 31 enemies with a total of 44.5 million health. MLF and OR spread debuffs and I focus hits on Scientist Supreme, X-23 and the adjacent enemies. I am able to kill both SS and X-23, then Cable as well as the debuffs I am spreading allow me to dominate this initial group, as Shuri heals MLF at the right time. I break the enemies apart until just two Deadpools remain and I stun one and kill off the other, then, when both are done, 24 enemies remain and a new group comes to play. I start spreading debuffs across this group of 7 enemies and take out Ghost first, followed by both Yondus, Iceman, Quake and Cable before taking on Deadpool again by himself. I use a combination of basics to finish him off and 17 enemies remain and 7 more enemies appear on-screen. I stun both $$ and Ghost and decide that these two are the most threatening so I kill them first then take out the rest one-by-one.

At 10 enemies a group of 5 appears and the formula is the same – spread debuts and get Ability Block and Stun on as many as possible at all times. Knowing that 5 enemies are still to come, I plan to weaken all of these at the same time and try to avoid the one-by-one killing unless the others are los on health as well. At 8 enemies left I have the final 3 on-screen at low red health and decide to start taking them out, and I am surprised to find that the enemies arrive at 5/31 left, but only a Deadpool and a Yo-Yo. I stun and heal block Deadpool to death and use basics on Yo-Yo as the final 3 appear – X-23, Quake and Black Widow. I start spreading debuffs then realize that I can hold back a bit, and finish the enemies off with basics to advance to Mission #14 as 500k gold and 10k Gold Orb Fragments are my reward.
