Welcome to the best mods for the Cere Junda, the latest article in our series about the popular game Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes where we take a look at how to best mod sets for each SWGoH character. While we do not claim to have all of the answers in this game, we do our own research and have used every character we write about extensively. These are mod recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate the Galaxy of Heroes holotables.

Cere Junda, another character that many casual Star Wars fans would not know, was a Survivor of Order 66 who focused her efforts on rebuilding the Jedi Order. After being captured by the Inquisitorius and failing to protect her apprentice, Trilla Sunduri, Cere escaped and later found Cal Kestis as the two worked together aboard the Mantis in EA’s popular Jedi Fallen Order video game. While the game follows Kestis’ journey to reconnect his broken connection to The Force, Cere’s purpose in SWGoH is to be an Unaligned Force User who acts as a leader for that faction. Cere Junda’s inclusion in SWGoH is part of EA’s promotion of their new Star Wars: Jedi Survivor game released in April 2023. Let’s take a look at which mods will best enhance Cere Junda’s kit in Galaxy of Heroes.

Main focus: Survivability in the forms of Health, Protection & Defense. Cere Junda’s leadership grants Unaligned Force Users (UFUs) +20% Max Health, Protection and Defense, so this duo will be strong defensively together. She begins with a very low base Health stat, so the boosted Max Health will be necessary. Her base Protection stat is in the upper tier of all current SWGoH characters, tied for 20th overall, so boosting this is important given she is a defensive character already. Her Armor stat is also in the Top 30 of the current SWGoH roster and given both of these are enhanced by the aforementioned leadership, I suggest modding her for purely defensive stats.

Secondary Focus: Tenacity, Critical Chance, Critical Damage & Offense. Tenacity will keep negative status effects (debuffs) off of Cere, a character you want using special abilities. When the entire team is UFUs each ally gains +5% CC, CD and Offense (stacking) until the end of the battle for each enemy turn before her team takes their first turn. This forces you to have a slow team to gain more stacking offensive stats despite the fact that both Cere Junda and Cal Kestis are not otherwise offensive characters.

Speed Priority: 1/10 – Cere Junda is, like Cal Kestis, not a character you need to put Speed on, and if anything you should avoid Speed when you can.

In-game Mod Recommendations: Health. Honestly I was thinking Health and Defense given her base Health stat is crap as the 25th lowest base Health in the game. Yes, there is the boost of 20% Max Health and the Protection Up from her leadership, but given how strong her Defense is I would think at least a set of Defense mods is in order.

Ideal Mod Setup for Cere Junda:

Maximizing stats is the goal of how we use mods and the reason I write these articles and have for 5+ years. For Cere Junda, she is here to help her team’s survivability and to buff her team. Focus on all three survivability stats – Health, Protection & Defense. Here is my recommendation for the best mod approach for Cere Junda:

• Transmitter (Square) – Health/Defense mod with Offense primary and a secondary focus on health, protection, tenacity and defense
• Receiver (Arrow) – Health mod with Health, Protection or Defense primary and a secondary focus on health, protection, tenacity and defense
• Processor (Diamond) – Health/Defense mod with Defense primary and a secondary focus on health, protection, tenacity and defense
• Holo-Array (Triangle) – Health/Defense mod with Health, Protection or Defense primary and a secondary focus on health, protection, tenacity and defense
• Data-Bus (Circle) – Health mod with Health primary and a secondary focus on health, protection, tenacity and defense
• Multiplexer (Plus) – Health/Defense mod with Health, Protection or Defense primary and a secondary focus on health, defense, protection and tenacity
