The first Harry Potter: Wizards Unite Fan Festival has been announced and fans who were selected in the in-game lottery can now purchase their tickets. Set to take place on July 31st & August 1st over Labor Day Weekend, the Fan Festival gathering will be at the White River State Park in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. The official HPWU Website describes the event saying “Explore Indianapolis’ expansive White River State Park with thousands of witches and wizards from around the world. Help contain the Calamity on Saturday August 31st or Sunday September 1st.”

It has been announced that Dragons will be the additions to the game that are exclusive to the event. The four Dragons that are expected to make their initial appearance are the Common Welsh Green, Antipodean Opaleye, Chinese Fireball and Peruvian Vipertooth. After the event these dragons are expected to be available only in certain regions of the world, making them even harder to find.
