Welcome to the Iso-8 guide for Spider-Weaver, the latest in our series about the popular game Marvel Strike Force. In this series we look at the best Iso-8 enhancements for MSF characters. While some may refer to Iso-8 as simply “mods” like in other mobile games, we will look to stay true to the naming convention of the Marvel universe and the developers over at Scopely. We at Gaming-fans.com certainly do not claim to have all of the answers in this game, but we do our research and look to use every hero and villain we write about extensively. These are Iso-8 recommendations based on the character’s kit and actual gameplay to help you in your quest to dominate in Marvel Strike Force. Note that these Iso-8 classes may differ from one team makeup to another, so feel free use this as guide knowing that these can change in differing situations within MSF’s gameplay.
Today’s character to review is Spider-Weaver, Marvel Strike Force’s third original character joining Kestrel and Deathpool. For the purposes of MSF, Spider-Weaver is a Hero, Global, Mystic, Protector and a member of the Spider-Verse and Tangled Web factions. Let’s take a look at the stats we want to focus on enhancing through the Iso-8 modifications available in Marvel Strike Force.
Main Focus: While her team has not been built up yet, Spider-Weaver on her own appears to be a very strong characters, like her MSF originals predecessors mentioned above. She has a fast base speed of 127 and statistically 6th overall in total Power, 9th in Health, 16th in Armor, 18th in Focus and in the top half of the game statistically in Damage and Resistance. I would first look to enhance the Health and Armor stats then focus on Damage based on the Iso-8 recommendation below.
Ideal Iso-8 Class for Spider-Weaver in Marvel Strike Force:
Being a fast character always keeps the door open for the Skirmisher or Raider class based on the character’s kit and attacks, however Spider-Weaver only has one attack that hits more than one enemy, her Fateful Decision special. This lowers her value as a Raider and then leaves me with two options – Skirmisher and Striker. Now that we have the entire Tangled Web faction, it is clear that Spider-Weaver fits the Striker class the best. With Spider-Man (Noir) and Spider-Man 2099 both settling in as Raiders, Spider-Weaver can take advantage of the extra Iso-8 attacks and do big damage, especially in Cosmic Crucible.
