Harry Potter: Wizards Unite offers players a variety of challenges throughout the game. From fighting in Wizarding Challenges (Fortresses) and adding Foundables to the Registry, to accomplishing the SOS Assignments, Brilliant Events and Achievements, players of HPWU have many thing to keep them busy. As a part of our HPWU questions answered series we seek to take a deeper dive into the many Achievements in the game and to define each of the Achievements, from the simple to the complex.

In this article we take a look at the Foes Defeated in Wizarding Challenges Achievement, another one of the more straightforward Achievements in HPWU.

Foes Defeated in Wizarding Challenges

There are two areas where you have to battle in Harry Potter Wizards Unite – against Oddities on the map and in Wizarding Challenges (Fortress battles). For this Achievement, however, we want to focus solely on Fortress battles. This is where you want to be facing Pixies (especially Formidable Pixies), Dark Wizards, Acromantulas and more and defeating them time and time again. Of course we know that Professors are strong against Curiosities (Pixies & Werewolves), Aurors against the Dark Arts (Dark Wizards and Death Eaters) and Magizoologists against beasts (Acromantulas and Erklings), so players can use this to their advantage, especially when fighting with a friend.

The third tier of this Achievement, Foes Defeated III, rewards a mystery gift once you defeat 4,000 foes in Wizarding Challenges (Fortress battles).
